By accessing or using the Powix FZE platform, website, or any services provided by Powix FZE ("Powix", "we", "our", or "us"), you ("Client", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use our services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Powix FZE, a company registered at Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (License No. 4424795.01).
Powix FZE provides revenue-protection services for e-commerce businesses, including but not limited to:
Services are provided as described in your selected subscription plan. Powix reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice.
Powix offers subscription-based access to its services. Plan details, pricing, and included features are as described on our pricing page at the time of purchase. All prices are stated in the applicable currency and are subject to applicable taxes.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you authorise Powix to charge your designated payment method via Stripe for the applicable subscription fee. Powix does not store your card details; all payment data is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
Unless you cancel before the end of your current billing period, your subscription will automatically renew for the same period at the then-current price. You authorise us to charge your payment method on renewal.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us at support@powix.io. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial periods unless required by applicable law.
Powix may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Powix reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation of this policy without prior notice.
All content, software, technology, trade marks, logos, and other materials forming part of the Powix platform ("Powix IP") are and remain the exclusive property of Powix FZE or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership of Powix IP.
You retain ownership of all data, content, and materials you provide to Powix ("Client Content"). By using our services, you grant Powix a limited, non-exclusive licence to use Client Content solely to deliver the contracted services.
Powix collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the collection and use of data as described therein.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Powix FZE and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the services.
Powix's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or the services shall not exceed the total amounts paid by you to Powix in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including the laws applicable in the Emirate of Sharjah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Powix acknowledges that clients may be located in Saudi Arabia or other MENA jurisdictions; locally mandated consumer rights in those markets remain unaffected by this clause.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved by good-faith negotiation. If not resolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration under the rules of the Sharjah International Commercial Arbitration Centre (TAHKEEM), conducted in English or Arabic as agreed, in Sharjah, UAE.
Powix reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our platform at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
Either party may terminate the service relationship by cancelling the subscription as described in Section 3.4. Powix may terminate or suspend your account immediately for material breach of these Terms, including violation of the Acceptable Use Policy, without obligation to refund any fees paid.
Upon termination, your right to access the services ceases immediately. Sections 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 survive termination.
